• However, this freedom does not extend to hate speech, harassment, illegal content or serious misinformation that harms others.
• Do not use the platform to bully, abuse, or harass others.
Keep your account safe
• Use secure passwords and do not share your login details.
• We tell you in plain language what happens to your data and why.
• If we make major changes to this contract, we will notify you clearly and in advance.
• We apply our rules fairly to all users.
• No secret moderation rules or hidden “shadow bans”.
• We remove harmful or unlawful content to keep the platform safe.
• We promote healthy digital communities and protect vulnerable users.
• Remove content that breaks the law or harms other users.
• Suspend or close accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
• Store backups of posts for legal compliance purposes even after removal.
• Defend the platform against fraud, spam or security threats.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact our support team through the in-app Help Centre.
We will handle your complaint fairly and explain any decision we reach.
